5.2. Our services include, but are not limited to, assisting with home design, financial guidance, land selection, pre-start and ongoing support throughout the building process with our team.
5.3. Avante Homes takes the role of your dedicated consultant throughout the home-building process. You may sign a Preparation Plans Agreement (PPA) with Avante Homes, which may include specifications, quotations, and plans. However, any contracts for building services, including the HIA Building Contract, are signed directly between you (the client) and the builder. Avante Homes is not a party to these building contracts.
5.4. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful advice, Avante Homes is not liable for the performance or actions of the chosen builder. We recommend that you carefully review all contracts and seek independent legal advice before signing any agreements.
